Ilenia Madelaire is an artist working and living in Baltimore, MD. She received a BFA in painting from the University of Kansas. Through a humorous lens, her work focuses on overlooked and/or blatant inconsistencies in everyday American society, from the female perspective, with a regard to the human experience in harmony/or disharmony with nature. She has exhibited work throughout the Northeastern and Midwestern US.
